Priorities

Protecting the history of the land of the martyrs and the Guru Sahiban's legacy.

An active member of the Shri Guru Ravidas Dharmik Sabha at Ropar, which built the Guru Ravidas Dharmshala there. As Assistant Secretary of the Shri Udaseen Gobind Gau Dham at Raikot she takes part in its sewa, including the Bhandara truck flagged off each year for langar.

A steady voice against illegal mining in the Sutlej and industrial pollution.

Through 2025 she was part of the Sri Chamkaur Sahib morcha against a paper mill proposed at the villages of Dhaulera and Bassi Gujjran. Press reports place her with the delegations that met the Haryana Chief Minister in May, the Punjab Governor at Raj Bhavan the same week — where a memorandum asked that no NOC be issued — and the Union Environment Minister in Delhi that August; some describe her as leading a delegation, others credit her with arranging the meeting. The memorandum's case was that the proposed site lies only about 200 metres from the Sirhind canal and about 10 metres from the Budha Dariya.

Through the Ann Jal Sewa Trust she has run seminars on women's empowerment, health awareness, female foeticide and mother-and-child care. In March 2026 she wrote to the Chairperson of the National Commission for Women in New Delhi asking for strict action against political leaders who use insulting language about women.
